Spearheaded customer interactions, including organizing and detailing intermittent analyses and tracking.• Develop/monitor/assess/evaluate/adjust project schedule for report creation and distribution throughout each project phase.• Attend, facilitate, and present for customer and management conferences to communicate present project schedule state/progress/discrepancies and forecast.• Create and distribute weekly & monthly project reports such as Progress S-curves, schedule narrative, look ahead reports, and complete detailed schedule reports.
