Ledger is a global platform for digital assets and Web3. It is a french Unicorn valued at US$1.5 billion.\\\\n\\\\nI am currently helping Ledger\'s teams to define and implement a CRO strategy to improve the overall user experience of different scopes: the online shop and content website.\\\\n\\\\nMy responsibilities includes:\\\\n- Setting up an UX/AB testing tool (AB Tasty, Google Optimize, ContentSquare)\\\\n- Creating and managing a CRO squad to involve the developer, design and UX research teams into the CRO projects\\\\n- Delivering qualitative and quantitative research reports to better understand the pain points of the customers\' journey (user testing, users interviews, heatmap analysis, analytics, competitors analysis.)\\\\n- Organising UX workshop to build design that solves identified problematics\\\\n- Priorisation of the optimisation projects and definition of a roadmap of tests that will lead to a loop of iterations to enhance the user experience\\\\n- Integrating AB test using Javascript/CSS, setup and QA (Google Optimize, AB Tasty)\\\\n- Delivering AB test analysis and recommendations\\\\n- Working closely with the SEO team to improve the organic ranking of key content pages through UX and technical optimisations\\\\n- Support on various digital analytics topics (tag integration, tracking)\\\\n- Transferring skills to the internal team (methodology and best practices)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
