Camille Idedevbo has built a career at the intersection of strategy, design, and storytelling: partnering with leaders across philanthropy, education, financial services, and entrepreneurship to move ideas from concept to measurable impact. Known as The Strategist, Designer, and Storyteller, Camille blends creativity with disciplined execution to help institutions and individuals design systems that foster thriving communities.A native of the Washington, D.C. metro area and the child of immigrant parents, Camille grew up navigating a wide spectrum of socio-economic experiences. Supported by educators, faith leaders, and neighbors who changed the trajectory of her life, she developed an early understanding of “thrivance:” the belief that communities are truly wealthy when every child has the opportunity to succeed. These formative experiences continue to inform her approach to leadership.As an institutional leader, Camille has led large-scale, complex initiatives across sectors, overseeing portfolios exceeding $500 million. Her work includes forging partnerships with global brands, designing high-impact programs, and guiding organizations through strategic growth and transformation. As an entrepreneur, she supports leaders launching and scaling profitable ventures across technology, entertainment, hospitality, into global markets. As a mentor and storyteller, Camille is committed to paying forward the investments made in her by supporting the next generation of changemakers and sharing narratives that expand what’s possible. She is a multidisciplinary leader by design, using her full range of skills and experiences in service of building the kinds of communities that once caught her.
