ABOUT ME:Driven and dependable Mechatronics Engineer whose creative and resourceful mind-set introduces a passion for solving problems through Electrical, Mechanical and Software disciplines: developing an invested interest in PLC Programming and PLC Systems Design. Constantly cultivating new skills through research and a hands-on approach. A charismatic personality provides natural interaction and engagement with the working team, clients and work environment. As a child I destroyed many broken, and sometimes working, toys and tools only to find out how they work and have the challenge of putting it back together. This brought forward a fascination for electronics and I soon realized I had a passion for computers, electronics and mechanics. I consider myself an out of the box thinker, I get a thrill from overcoming seemingly difficult challenges, challenges that also require a creative edge are my forte. I am not a biased left or right side of the brain thinker, but equally love the artistic and scientific side of life, a creative engineer at heart and mind. I feel empowered through learning and developing new skills. I enjoy programming and design, but my niche is towards hands on work in technical environments.Whilst refining and growing my knowledge and passions of robotics through my undergraduate studies in Mechatronics, a few holiday jobs have given me experience in management, leadership, working under pressure and in a busy environment, and surfacing a passion for teaching and helping others. In my limited spare time I play rugby to keep fit. I consider myself a desirable team player, both on the field and in the working environment.
