In my role, I provide in-depth policy analysis, research, and strategic advice to support caucus members in developing and implementing legislative initiatives. I engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including constituents, advocacy groups, lobbyists, and government agencies, to gather insights and build support for the caucus\'s policy objectives. Additionally, I assist in scheduling, planning, and coordinating policy meetings and events for the caucus. I also contribute to the preparation of policy briefs, talking points, position papers, and presentations that caucus members use in committee meetings, floor debates, and public statements.
