ABOUT CAMERON KNIGHT
Cameron joined the Administrative Staff of the Helena Symphony as the Director of Development & Communications in 2020, raising funds, managing major fundraisers and long-term projects, and promoting the mission of the Helena Symphony across western Montana. As a member of the Helena Symphony Senior Staff, Development Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee, Cameron has been a leader in the creation and implementation of the organization’s 5-year strategic plan, ensuring the fiscal health and shaping the future growth of the Helena Symphony. Prior to moving back to the Rocky Mountain West, Cameron graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in music with a focus in classical voice performance. Throughout her time in Washington, D.C. Cameron held internship positions at several influential institutions including Washington Performing Arts, the Smithsonian Institution’s Discovery Theater, and the National Symphony Orchestra’s Development Department at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
