Manages the library brand and ensures standardization-Creates and edits visual and written content to promote library events and programs-Produces, creates, and edits videos using digital multimedia tools-Works in collaboration with City departments to highlight Library services and community wide events-Designs and updates informational materials, including but not limited to: rack cards, brochures, booklets, posters, monthly event guide, promotional and educational pieces, etc-Publishes, enters, and updates content to the library’s web site including but not limited to: calendar listings, news, videos, data and information, documents, images, and forms-Assists and oversees the library’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, NextDoor, and LinkedIn-Manages the library’s social media channels including content development, social media campaigns, and other marketing and outreach efforts-Partners with other library staff to conceptualize and plan marketing for services, programs, and special events-Tracks analytics and creates reports detailing effectiveness of communications campaigns-Builds and maintains relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
