Provide HR guidance to employees and managers across entities, advising on employee relations, policy interpretation, and labour law compliance• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for hires across the DACH region• Deliver onboarding presentations covering payroll, benefits, absence management, and internal policies• Draft and issue employment contracts, amendments, reference letters, and other HR documentation• Act as the primary point of contact for conducting official background checks for new employees in the DACH region, liaising with external screening providers to ensure timely and accurate processing• Oversee a wide range of administrative HR processes, including the accurate maintenance and regular updating of employee records within the HRIS (Oracle), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality• Produce HR reports and support external audits with proper documentation and compliance tracking• Manage the DACH HR shared inbox and oversee related administrative workflows• Process HR invoices and assist with budget tracking and planning• Contribute to the research and development of regional employee benefits• Support monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external providers• Assist with performance management activities in partnership with the People Business Partner team• Train and onboard new People Operations team members• Act as a \'Buddy\' to new joiners, helping them integrate and navigate company culture
