As a Project Engineer at Mars Canada Inc, I lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects across manufacturing operations—from scope development and feasibility analysis to execution and commissioning. I’ve managed multiple high-impact initiatives focused on improving production efficiency, equipment reliability, and safety compliance—delivering results under tight timelines and dynamic constraints.Leadership has been a consistent thread throughout my journey. My first role at Mars involved leading a team of 18 associates in day-to-day operations, where I developed a strong foundation in frontline leadership, performance management, and operational excellence. I later transitioned into project engineering, managing cross-functional initiatives that align technical execution with business objectives.With a background in chemical engineering, I take a structured, data-driven approach to solving complex problems. I collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, maintenance, quality, and finance to ensure projects deliver both technical robustness and strategic value.Beyond the technical realm, I founded Mental Matters, a university initiative focused on mental health awareness and peer support, building and leading a team to drive campus-wide engagement. As a varsity football player, I developed a high-performance mindset, resilience under pressure, and a deep appreciation for team dynamics—qualities I carry into every professional challenge.I’m passionate about solving complex operational challenges, leading teams through ambiguity, and creating meaningful, scalable impacts on the production floor.
