Direct Industrial Engineering responsibility of chocolate making and moulded technology segment across Mars Chocolate:I have developed manufacturing strategies with several regions, driven supply base expansion and asset base development to meet the needs of growing markets while drive efficiency in slow growth markets. I have played a lead role in developing and implementing a global cost improvement system in our Manufacturing network where we define cost performance metrics and drive improvement particularly on conversion cost and efficiency across a network of over 25 factories across the globe with massive ImpactI support the regional teams in CAPEX projects planning and business case write-ups, and lead some of them where needed.I sit on Global Brand Board and R&D teams representing supply and supporting growth via manufacturing and innovation platform development in various business and technical initiatives across the enterprise.I take part of Global engineering technical development to ensure optimal global standards for manufacturing assets.Apart from my core responsibilities, I have enjoyed a few opportunities to coach and help junior associates in different corners of the world in terms of of functional development mainly in IE and Supply Finance skills. I have accumulated rich and deep experience which I feel a strong urge of responsibility to share and utilize in developing more junior colleagues.
