ABOUT CALEB SIMONOVIC

Caleb Simonovic is an expert in Enterprise enrollment agreements from Microsoft including contract creation, order placement, quoting in Salesforce and navigating complex customer requests. I have been employed with Softchoice for over 3 years earning 2 Softchoice awards as well as a peer award for my contributions to the EA sphere. Graduating from Mount Royal University, majoring in Supply Chain Management and International Business in 2021. I also acquired a minor in Anthropology, as seeking further knowledge regarding humanity and cultures provides a unique perspective on work environments. With a blend of education and work experience, I have a strong grasp on procurement strategies including increasing our vendors by over 75% at my previous position. I also have experience in inventory management, data analysis, curating dashboards and market research for international expansion. I also flexed my time management, organizational and interpersonal skills by on-boarding and supporting new employees which increased by 50% during my 3 month contract. I continuously seek new knowledge, and I am easily adaptable, thrive in a teamwork environment, generally facilitating the initiation stage of a project. I thoroughly enjoy searching for complex solutions, while always being open to new challenges. I also maintain a cool head in stressful scenarios that l put my problem-solving skills to the test. I put these skills to the test regularly when faced with complex puzzles, environmental challenges and more in virtual environments such as video games outside of work.
