ABOUT CALEB JOICE

I work at the intersection of nuclear safety, radiological controls, Defence programs, and regulatory readiness, with direct operational exposure to the United States Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP).My background spans Tier-1 consulting (GHD, AECOM), Defence-adjacent advisory work, and recent hands-on radiological controls training and operations in Pearl Harbor and Virginia, embedded within US Navy nuclear environments.I have supported and worked across AUKUS and SRF-W–related programs, with a thorough understanding of the full lifecycle — from early capability and regulatory considerations through to sustainment and operational realities. This combination allows me to bridge the gap between policy, safety cases, regulators, consultants, and operators, translating NNPP-grade nuclear and radiological expectations into an Australian Defence and governance context.I am particularly interested in roles that sit at the nexus of nuclear safety, radiological assurance, regulatory interfaces, and AUKUS program delivery, including advisory, regulatory, and specialist consulting environments.NV1 security clearance held
