I drive cross-functional marketing and communications strategies that promote MedRVA’s services, events, partnerships, and internal culture—ensuring that our message is clear, consistent, and impactful.What I Do:Lead Strategic Marketing Campaigns | I develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with organizational goals, support service line growth, and drive measurable outcomes across digital, print, and in-person channels.Drive Community Engagement | From managing several events to coordinating grassroots outreach and partnership activations, I build connections that strengthen MedRVA’s presence in the community.Oversee Content & Brand Strategy | I lead the creation of compelling, audience-focused content across multiple platforms—including websites, social media, email marketing, and internal channels—ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.Manage Public Relations & Media Outreach | I cultivate relationships with media outlets and coordinate PR efforts to secure earned coverage, promote MedRVA initiatives, and amplify our impact.Coordinate Stakeholder Communications | I ensure effective internal and external communication, fostering collaboration across departments, aligning messaging, and maintaining transparency with key stakeholders.Support Fundraising & Strategic Events | I support fundraising campaigns, aligning marketing efforts with philanthropic goals and supporting MedRVA’s long-term sustainability.Mentor & Develop Talent | I supervise marketing interns and provide mentorship that supports their growth while contributing to departmental success.I am passionate about using marketing as a vehicle for impact—connecting people with care, informing communities, and advancing MedRVA’s role as a leader in patient-centered healthcare.
