As the owner and CEO of Emdash, Caitlin Kealey has built a strategy-first creative agency dedicated to advancing social justice and amplifying the voices of changemakers across Canada. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that communications can be a force for social good, and she has shaped Emdash into a trusted partner for nonprofits, Indigenous organizations, and progressive groups across Canada. Under Caitlin’s leadership, Emdash has supported landmark initiatives that have advanced equity, justice, and reconciliation, including the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, and national programs in education, health, and community development.
