ABOUT CAITLIN JADE PARRY

I believe that whether you’re selling enterprise software or a pair of trainers, you’re still selling to a human being. As a marketing Assistant Apprentice at Codurance, I work at the intersection of high-level B2B strategy and technical craftmanship. I am learning how a world class consultancy builds authority, trust, and long-term brand value in a crowded market. I don’t believe in the B2B vs. B2C divide. I’m fascinated by how the best brands in both worlds win, by understanding people, not just markets.What I am particularly drawn to- B2B: Building long-term trust, navigating complex sales cycles, and creating educational content that supports decision making and builds authority over time- B2C: Brand loyalty, emotional storytelling, and fast-moving content that captures attention and forms connection. What I’m doing at Codurance- Supporting our content engine and social media presence- Helping with events and campaigns- Analysing and cleaning data- Assisting with content strategy, planning and execution- Learning how consultancy brands build credibility and thought leadershipThe goal: I’m here to build my “marketing toolkit”, combining the logic and ROI of B2B with the creativity and speed of B2C.
