I’m all about solving problems, building connections, and bringing people and ideas together to help organizations grow. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on business strategy and operations, but what drives me most is fostering collaboration and making things happen with great teams.In my role as a Technical Project Manager at Lithia & Driveway, I lead strategic initiatives to improve operations and support the company’s growth goals. Earning my MBA in International Business gave me a broader perspective and helped me see new ways to connect opportunities across teams, regions, and markets.At the core of everything I do is a people-first approach. I believe the best strategies are built on strong relationships, open communication, and creating an environment where collaboration drives success. Whether I’m working with senior leadership or partnering with operational teams, I’m focused on building trust, finding solutions, and helping everyone reach our shared goals.I’m especially excited about roles that combine global strategy, business growth, and cross-department collaboration—where I can keep building partnerships and driving meaningful change.When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me traveling, hiking with my doggos, cheering at a sporting event, or soaking up live music.
