Provide ongoing consultation, support, follow-up, and education on compensation matters for assigned portfolio of business to ensure effective administration of compensation programs within both union and non-union environments. • Oversee the development and maintenance of job architecture framework, including job families, leveling, titling, and job description documentation. Serve as key stakeholder in enterprise and department-wide restructuring or new department initiatives. • Monitor pay compliance for the organization, including minimum wage, FLSA, pay transparency, and pay equity. • Developed monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation analysis tools and procedures; Oversee ongoing administration and improvements for items including monthly tools for accessing pay information, quarterly compensation dashboard, quarterly incentive analysis and administration, HRIS data audits, and annual merit and bonus pay equity statistical analysis. • Participate in and/or lead the development of corporate compensation policies, strategies, and programs, such as education equivalency and pay transparency initiatives, annual rewards process, grade structure implementation, leader/employee compensation training initiatives, and exploration of artificial intelligence (AI) opportunities within the Compensation department.
