Responsible for leading a team that creates impactful experiences for employees across Delta Dental through the employee life cycle. The PX team implements methods to increase employee awareness of our company brand, mission, and values throughout their employee journey. This work fosters a culture of connection and belonging in virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences. • Translates organizational culture and brand through in-person and virtual events and experiences. • Leads a data-driven approach to define employee journey and storytelling. • Executes the strategic plan/roadmap for employee programs in the areas of onboarding, engagement and -recognition. • Supports Delta Dental’s mission and values using Voice of Employee (VoE) data to understand and positively influence the employee experience. • Manages PX team: determining staffing needs, setting goals, interviewing, selecting, coaching, performance evaluation and ongoing training. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business partners internally and vendors externally. Active participant in vendor selection and manage all vendor contracts. • Manages project budgets; identifies variances and takes corrective action as appropriate.
