Owned the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for all tech roles including Junior to Senior Engineers, DevOps Engineers, IT Specialists, Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers and Cybersecurity Analysts. In addition to all tech roles within the company, owned the recruitment process for all roles under Sales including recruitment for Head of Sales, Merchant Support team including Manager, Senior Product Manager, Partnership Specialists, Data Scientists and Data Managers, Credit Risk and Fraud Analysts and Senior Financial Analysts.Worked collaboratively with the Head of Software Development which led to the successful hiring of 3 Senior Software Developers within 35 days of opening the role. Redesigned and restructured entire recruitment process, including creating a Strategy Meeting template to kick off the recruitment cycle, ensuring a more efficient recruitment process. Created a shareable candidate assessment document for recruiter, hiring manager and department lead to use that rates candidates throughout recruitment process for more data related decision making, leading to getting offers out within 72 hours of completed final interview. This led to hiring 12 candidates in the first 90 days. Responsible for tracking and updating senior leadership on candidate salary expectations, LinkedIn outreaches, weekly recruitment updatesUpdated all job description templates for external job postings, including SLT descriptions for Head of Risk and Chief Growth Officer.Partnered with Marketing to focus on Employer Branding efforts which led to an uptick of 35% in applications for our Engineering team.
