My name is Cael Dalton, I am a motivated sophomore at The Kelley School of Business. I am currently majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting. My experience in caddying and working as a tennis pro has provided me with the necessary people skills to interact with anyone in any environment. Caddying has given me the opportunity to practice networking myself with esteemed individuals, as well as grow my patience and adaptability. My experience in retail, working at Vineyard Vines, has provided me with other skills I had not gained from working as a caddy and tennis pro. One was the organizational skills that came with the job, but another was becoming comfortable with slower business days and utilizing my skills wherever necessary to make the following days, once busier, less stressful.
