Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, this includes planning the recruitment events that our chapter hosts, direct communication with potential new members, selecting the potential new members that we believe will best represent the values and vision of the chapter- Selected and led a committee of 12 members, delegated tasks to each member to help ensure a smooth execution of our recruitment events- Collaborated with fellow members on our Executive Board as well as our Recruitment Committee to align our recruitment efforts with the goals of our chapter to help promote long-term sustainability- Implemented a selection process to help identify potential new members who fit the values and mission of the chapter.
