Represent Maryland State Youth Soccer Association and U.S. Youth Soccer at state and regional events. Manage 3 teams (55+ players) and 4 coaches through a competitive 5-month season involving training, events, and off-field education. Established and supervise three state-level, electronic versions of 14-week curriculums and training plans utilizing coaching methodologies set forth by the state association and US Soccer to assist in player development. Track individual development plans of all players and work with 3 team coaches and GK coaches to identify and promote an average of 7 players per season to the Regional ODP level. 10 have gone on to National ODP level.
