Provide direct program management support to the Information Warfare Research Project. § Serve as subject matter expert in the analysis, reporting, coordinating, and facilitating IPT or working groups to meet project objectives for prototypes. § Accountable to the Department Head/Division Head and customer for meeting cost, schedule, and performance of various prototype projects. § Provide input to program acquisition plans while ensuring contract actions are completed in order to meet timelines. § Provide drafts to personnel resources required to execute programs. § Develop and execute risk management plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance for projects. § Communicate and resolve conflict and solve problems across projects, including working with customers, leadership, NAVWAR team members, and contractors. § Lead and mentor teams and team members by facilitating successful execution of projects/tasks through teamwork, effective communication, and inclusion.
