WORK HISTORY
Marketing Communications Manager @Bloomington Minnesota Travel & Tourism
Bloomington, MN, US
So far, I’ve managed all email campaigns and overall email marketing strategy while improving performance and engagement. I’ve supported our broader social media strategy and produced video content for promotions, ads, and platform growth. Alongside that, I’ve built and launched new website pages and helped shape longer-term strategy around website performance and AI optimization as major LLM’s have begun to grow as primary tools for travelers. As team, we’ve expanded our visual storytelling in a big way. That has meant re-launching our YouTube channel, executing photography and video shoots across Bloomington, and using those materials to produce long-form content that encapsulates what Bloomington has to offer as a destination. We’ve also completely rebuilt our marketing team’s workflow for better efficiency (shoutout Asana), launched major campaigns like our 2025 Holiday Campaign, and collaborated closely with our sales team to strengthen their client relationships. All of this work ties back to our shared goal: showcasing Bloomington as a standout destination for both leisure travelers and group business.
