Working with the Astros, my role is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that shoppers have a positive experience. I help customers find the merchandise they’re looking for, whether it’s jerseys, hats, or memorabilia, and make recommendations based on their preferences. I process transactions at the register, handle returns or exchanges, and keep the store organized by restocking shelves and arranging displays. I also make sure the store is clean and presentable at all times. It’s important for me to stay knowledgeable about the team’s latest merchandise, promotions, and game schedules, so I can answer questions and assist fans in finding the perfect gear to support their team.
