ABOUT BRUNA SHINTAKU

ERGONOMIST - With dual degrees in Physical Therapy and Physical Education, I am deeply passionate about enhancing workplace quality of life. Driven by my love for learning languages, I believe effective communication is the key to unlocking new opportunities. My personality is defined by traits such as determination, leadership, courage, empathy, loyalty, and organization. Always eager to expand my horizons, I am committed to continuous improvement. My facilitation role in multilingual conversations allows me to further develop and refine my skills, ensuring that I am always ready to engage effectively in diverse environments. As a public servant, I have extensive experience in various government sectors. During my time at the Ministry of Education, I actively contributed to the development of several projects launched by the Special Education Department between 2010 and 2013. Subsequently, at the Ministry of Fisheries, I worked as an administrative analyst, focusing on partnerships with states through agreements and conventions from 2013 to 2015. Later, at the Federal Public Ministry, I served in administrative advisory roles in federal prosecutor\'s offices from 2015 to 2017. More recently, within the Labor Public Ministry, I held the position of chief of staff in the office of the Deputy Attorneys General for Labor. In order to expand my knowledge and skills, I transitioned to the logistics sector, where I gained expertise in bidding processes, drafting terms of reference, storage, and distribution. Currently, I serve as an Assistant in the Administrative Secretariat, bridging the gap between the Superior Labor Tribunal and the General Labor Prosecution Office. I am committed to leveraging my experience and expertise to make a meaningful contribution in this vital sector.
