Co-founded Listening Labs, a storytelling and listening studio that fosters deeper connection, collaboration, and creativity through generative listening practices.• Present \"It’s Soulful and It’s Survival: A Conversation with Four Drag Artivists in the US South\" at the 2025 International Listening Association Convention in Washington, DC.• Lead strategy, program design, and facilitation for offerings that span sectors and communities, including:• Transformative Storytelling: Coach executives, job seekers, and students in crafting compelling narratives that align with personal and professional goals.• Unmute Space: Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for teenagers in Bangalore, India, partnering with counselors, parents, artists, and educators to help teens explore personal, social, and global issues and create expressive time capsules.• Listen to Learn: Equip academic and nonprofit organizations with generative listening skills to foster empathy, reduce polarization, and promote meaningful dialogue.• Listening Labs in the CLT: Design and host public workshops—such as sound walks, storytelling events, and cultural listening experiences—to build community and cultivate intergenerational engagement.• Storytelling for Techies: Help technologists communicate complex ideas in clear, engaging language tailored to diverse audiences.• Oversee the production of multimedia content—including articles, podcasts, and videos—to amplify Listening Labs’ mission and expand its reach.• Continuously evaluate and refine storytelling and listening frameworks using participant feedback and emerging best practices.
