ABOUT BROOKE NOELKE

Every security architecture and solution is a story. When your solution story best addresses multiple aspects of business strategy, including clear packaging, impactful use cases and consumption ease, it is much easier to fund and drive critical improvements to cybersecurity. I help teams format their designs and facts into engaging and deliverable stories, so that we can address the dramatic security challenges affecting our world today. My maniacal focus in this storytelling is customer value. The questions that keep me up at night include: How will customers realize value in removing obstacles to building and securing cloud transformations? How do we help partners sell and ensure adoption of modernized security solutions? How are we evaluating data-related risks for partner/customer action, reducing those risks to data, and aiding in cost management via automated and consolidated security and adoption toolsets? What can we do to best support successful operationalization in fast-changing customer environments? How can we make it easier for the partner community to support our customers in this journey? My mission is to drive partner and customer value realization in cloud security – supporting a virtuous cycle which will result in customer renewals and cross/up-sale to more elements of our platform. I use practical agile strategies to define and lead efficient programs. I love to build motivated, cross-functional teams, whether they are my reports or not. These teams can best deliver easily adopted designs and packages for transformative business solutions. My broad experience within the market uniquely sets me up to hit the ground running, leverage, support, influence and align the cross-functional teams and technical solutions needed for successful portfolio extension. My deep technical and business experience allows me to dig in as needed, without ego. In the most successful transformation projects, we all become builders and doers.
