I’m a Marketing Apprentice at Amazon, working in the Acquisition and Onboarding team to drive engagement and awareness of Amazon Alexa devices and experiences.Over the past 20 months, I’ve supported the delivery of marketing campaigns by coordinating requests from teams across the Alexa organisation, launching campaign assets, and monitoring performance. A large part of my role involves working with campaign data — analysing results and creating reports to share insights with the team and support marketing decisions.At Alexa, we are expanding its conversational abilities with a new large language model, developing innovative AI that enhances the Alexa experience and makes interactions feel more natural and human-like.Some areas I’ve worked on:• Marketing campaign coordination and delivery• Campaign performance analysis and reporting• Marketing research and data analysis• Cross-team collaboration across the Alexa organisation• Content creation for marketing initiatives
