Created DHS’s first Supervisor Summit that supports over 700 supervisor agency wide. • Developed Supervisor Summit quarterly and monthly curriculum themes focused on self-awareness, bias, restorative justice, and the application of these topics through culture change and HR practices in the agency.• Facilitated New Employee Orientation for over 720 new employees in 2023.• Leverage equity analysis tool in planning and developing New Employee Orientation and embedded a DEI foundation to the curriculum.• Established program goals, curriculum design, method of delivery and evaluation using evidence based best practices and methodology.• Host virtual New Employee Orientation serving over 60 new employees each month via WebEx.• Host, present, and create content for quarterly DHS in-person networking luncheons.• Partnering with varies leaders, union representatives, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), equity directors, and other departments to create a variety of resources and presentations for employees.• Provide leadership direction to the Talent and Culture Program Coordinator and NEO workgroup.• Developed an agency wide new employee peer guide program to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment. • Created a New Employee Onboarding Network to support new employees on their onboarding journey. • Developed (2) monthly Grow and Glow virtual sessions on DEI topics (cultural humility, intersectionality, identity, etc.) for all DHS employees. • Created an agency wide onboarding check list for supervisors to create a more uniform experience and create transparency for all parties on expectations leading to the probationary period. • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the agency and State of Minnesota.• Support DHS strategic plan and management goals of an engaged and inclusive work culture
