Working hand-in-hand with market sectors to achieve strategic goals globally. • Maintaining all existing global licenses and permits. • Work with local & global law firms, boards, and government offices to obtain country requirements and risks. • Advise and partner with project teams globally on entity and licensing requirements & risks per locations. • Provide business sector strategy managers with requirements to work in over 100 different countries. • Advise within United States and international entity creation processes to support strategic growth and client needs. • Maintain and review legal documents associated with corporate entities and licensing requirements. • Strategize and advise alongside project teams providing known risks associated with future work in new regions and countries. • Work hand and hand with legal, tax, finance, and HR functions to meet our project teams needs in a timely manner. • Level set on needs, addressing timeline and associated cost. • Work along side business enablement teams to update and streamline new country processes.
