ABOUT BRITTANY JOHNSON
Day to day, I am currently working as the patient liaison for the Sentara Healthcare (Virginia Beach, VA). My ultimate goal is to make sure I thoroughly answer all patient questions before completing our conversation regarding their hospital and/or physician bills. My professional experience is heavily based around customer service. Within my current position I am able to learn more information/skills regarding healthcare administration and I love it. I’m always open and eager to learning more ways to improve my professional performance. My educational background is in exercise science and I’d like to achieve my goal of becoming a college professor within the same field. I’m excited about the journey ahead of me in all aspects of my life, and looking forward to connecting with individuals who are eager to spread a positive mental attitude to everyone they come in contact with.
