Devoted Hospitality Catering Sales Manager With 10 years of customer service experience & 6 years in Hospitality. The love that I have for this industry is never ending. Starting out as a front desk agent i was Eager to learn and quick to extend a hand. I became fascinated with learning operations and optimizing customer care. I knew that I would soon be versatile In day to day hotel functions. Always pushing to learn more. Over time moving into sales as a group coordinator. Over seeing small groups hosting business meeting, and managing small banquet request. I fell in love with sales and quickly realized this is the career for me. Managing my groups have brought me so much joy. I can only credit my success to my hunger for knowledge, and ability to listen and understand. Extremely organized, self motivated and career driven. Someone who thrives in chaos and knows exactly what you need before it’s asked. Dedicated to my team, and striving to make a difference. I am extremely grateful to have been taught by some of the most amazing people in the industry. And I look forward to growing and learning more.A passion for sales and hospitality.
