ABOUT BRIGITTE KASONGO
As a Management accountant I am responsible for the preparation of management accounts and several other reports whilst also overseeing general accounting procedures and practices within the business. My role combines financial, analytical and management skills to aid senior management with decision-making and promoting long-term financial success for a business. As a qualified accountant I Have strong technical skills and the ability to produce accurate and timely reports. I have good communication and influencing skills and will combine results orientation and teamwork to deliver strong and effective solutions. I have more than 6 years’ experience working the Property industry. My role has been to prepare and present monthly reporting for different client portfolios, I have experience in both Commercial and residential portfolios as they have different legislations under RICS. I am Skilled in Tramps and Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc), and have the ability to manipulate a large volume of data and experience in carrying out a detailed analysis of data, especially during the year-end to provide results that are easily understood by external auditors and senior management.
