Andy is the Worldwide Principal Specialist for Z Technologies. This is a new challenge which is tackled after a strategic role in the CICS Client Success Team, where he led innovative API transformation projects with z/OS Connect EE. This role is focused on leading increased client adoption of real, new Z Systems projects, coupling deep technical expertise with business acumen, in support of strategic, high value and high complexity initiatives. I engage directly with clients, giving hands on professional advice and expertise, whilst also providing indirect support via coaching and sharing best practice with the Technical Sales teams.I additionally play a key role in driving feedback and improvements into the development organisation to help foster innovation and assist advancements in our software that are tied to the direct customer centric feedback so importantly fostered during client interactions.

He is a passionate leader across the IBM Z Brand. Starting his career in IBM Hursley Andy has travelled the world supporting clients. Many months spent in each of Brazil, China, India, North America and Countries across Europe, Andy\'s leadership has transformed client\'s attitude, business goals and modernisation on their most important enterprise platforms.Passionate about business and the way technology delivers value, Andy creates a unique bridge for clients.
