ABOUT BRIE DANCE

With over 15 years of experience in product management, data products, and healthcare, I am passionate about transforming healthcare delivery and outcomes through innovative solutions that leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML. As the Director of Product Management at Intermountain Health, I lead a 150-person member organization that oversees the product portfolio, strategy, and execution for one of the largest integrated healthcare systems in the US. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Intermountain Health, and I strive to create a collaborative, agile, and customer-centric culture that fosters continuous improvement and value creation. In my current role, I have directed the product transformation across 14 cross-functional agile teams, harmonizing product management, UX, technical capabilities, and SAFe®, yielding a 49% faster time to market, 37% productivity boost, and 2.5x enhancement in product quality. I have also enabled $120M+ tier 1 financial value by establishing a lean product portfolio, accelerating platform software delivery, streamlining data governance, infrastructure, application integrations, and automated QA. Additionally, I have orchestrated the migration from on-prem EDW to the cloud, leveraging cloud capabilities to drive a SaaS-based analytics transformation and expand AI/ML feature sets, resulting in 3 profitable products.
