ABOUT ANDY HERVEY

An accomplished, results-driven and strategy-minded global corporate real estate executive with a passion for developing, managing, mentoring and leading highly effective interdisciplinary teams and optimizing operations to enable their success. I have held senior account leadership roles with global leaders in corporate real estate services, setting and managing the strategic direction and delivery of all service lines - transaction management, facilities management, project management, lease and portfolio administration, space and occupancy planning, strategic workplace planning & consulting - for key clients with portfolios ranging in size from 1 to 10 million square feet. Other areas of expertise include new business development, contract negotiations, operating and capital budget development and management, P&L management and superior client relationship management. Prior to commercial real estate, I held account management positions with a New York City based advertising agency, honing the communication, presentation and relationship management skills that have served me well throughout my career.I hold an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Washington, and a J.D. from the University Of San Francisco School Of Law. Throughout my career I have drawn heavily on my legal training to benefit my clients with critical thinking and problem solving, contract management and complex negotiations.
