ABOUT BRIDGET KAIGLER

Bridget has captivated individuals most of her life with inspiring and motivational messages. Bridget’s approachable personality and life experiences enable her to engage with colleagues, peers, and working professionals to deliver favorable results and most importantly, promote open communication. Bridget’s humble beginnings and non-traditional path to becoming a CPA was the foundation and encouragement to begin her own company, Bringing Leadership Back (BLB), LLC. BLB was founded to help aspiring leaders grow. Amongst other objectives, BLB encourages others to demonstrate what leadership looks like while maintaining character and integrity. Bridget is a seasoned professional with more than nineteen years of experience. She spent ten years working in the financial accounting/analysis field. An additional ten years in the tax sector leading the state and local tax functions. Currently Bridget has broaded her professional profolio. She is the Director of Tax and Accounts Payable for one of the leading healthcare corporations in the United States. Recently, Bridget was invited to attend the PhD Project conference to dicuss possibilites of teaching at the collegiate level. In additon, she was recently named as one of the 2018 Great Futures Honoress by Club Blue and the 2016 Woman to Watch – Emerging Leader, an award given in partnership with the AICPA Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee and the Society of Louisiana CPAs (LCPA) recognizing women who’ve made significant contributions to the accounting profession and demonstrate to emerging leader’s success is within their reach. Bridget reminds all leaders we are responsible for the energy we bring to a space. Leadership starts with us! Set the standard and others will follow. Be the one to change the world ONE person and ONE motivational word at a time. Bridget resides in Baton Rouge, LA with her son Shamar and german sherpard mix, Snickers.
