I have over 29 years of work experience in various roles related to enterprise risk management, physical security, supply chain security, logistics, and hospitality/retail. My core competencies include enterprise/operational risk management, risk metrics, risk assessments, and compliance. I help organizations identify, measure, and mitigate risks that may affect their operations, performance, and reputation. I am currently a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, where I work with a team of professionals to provide risk management solutions and support to the credit union and its members.In my current role, I participate in the implementation of projects and key decisions associated with critical changes to the credit union\'s operations and outsourced services.
