Led cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies and a safety culture in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and operations.Lead comprehensive manufacturing safety and quality audits while conducting risk assessments under ISO standards including 9001, 45001 OHSAS 18001 GMP, and ASTM regulations.Manage Sphera data input from cross-functional areas for Enterprise Sustainability Management (ESM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), Compliance, Risk Mitigation and Performance Improvement.Maintain and sustain a zero Lost Time Incident record that strengthened and produced a robust safety culture.Conduct program assessments to identify department and/or program deficiencies and conduct work area assessments, surveys, and program evaluations to determine the presence of hazardous conditions, such as noise exposure, chemical exposure, indoor air quality, light levels, confined space, and ventilation. Manage and submit all ESG data for site level including all data sets relating to environmental impacts and energy sustainability. Develop and lead HSE improvement projects, including capital funding requests, purchasing of needed materials and supplies, and execution of the project and management of the project, to identify potential hazards, identify needed controls, develop safe work plans, implement safety protocols, and enforce adherence to the protocols developed.Lead and contribute to the development and practice of site crisis management process. Act as a member of the Site Leadership Team in representing the site, including setting and enforcing policy, engaging with the workforce, and participating in leadership team events. Investigate safety incidents and work with site personnel to develop corrective and preventative actions.
