I lead the IT Recycling division at Stone Technologies Ltd, part of Converge UK, where I’m responsible for delivering secure, sustainable and commercially effective IT asset disposal (ITAD) services. My focus is on helping organisations manage end‑of‑life technology responsibly—protecting data, maximising reuse, and supporting the circular economy.I oversee the strategy, operations and commercial performance of our IT Recycling function, working closely with a skilled team of IT recycling specialists, business development managers, commercial colleagues and operational experts. Together, we provide a complete ITAD service, from secure data erasure and refurbishment to zero‑avoidable‑waste recycling through our in‑house facility.My role centres on building strong client relationships, securing new opportunities, and expanding our market presence.
