Leading and coordinating a community of dedicated facilitators, instructors and coaches, the UBC Certificate in Organizational Coaching (COC) helps train participants to cultivate organizational coaching as a practice and leadership tool. The 8-month intensive blended learning experience is an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and features evidence-based and modern coach approaches, tools, case studies and interactive exercises. We\'re proud of the collaborative cultures and performance our alumni cultivate with the people in their organizations - and beyond.
