ABOUT BRIAN MURPHY

I\'m a seasoned leader with extensive experience in sales, operations, delivery and support within the IT/technology services sector. I have a sharp eye for operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities and I possess the tools to make things better. I\'ve led numerous technology teams across my career and consider people management to be a key competency. Integrity, empathy and adaptability are among my core attributes. Throughout my career, both in the military and in the business world, I\'ve come to know that the value I offer to an organization boils down to this- I lead by example, following servant leadership principles - I place tremendous value on human capital - I build high functioning teams and empower them to get things done - I see what\'s broken and I fix it - I\'m more interested in getting it done than getting the credit - I treat people with kindness and respect- I run toward the fire - I\'m calm under pressure - I lean into adversity
