Responsibilities: • Select an appropriate RPA technology. • Develop a strategy for the University of Adelaide to trial RPA. • Scope projects that focus on efficiency and effectiveness of processes in the Robotic Process automation area to deliver benefits to the University of Adelaide. • Process mapping to ensure that the selected processes are stable, repetitive and require little human intervention and are good candidates for RPA. • To successfully deliver and implement a trial RPA solution as part of the service improvement program. • To coach and mentor the RPA developer to develop, maintain and provide support to business groups. Achievements: • Selected Automation Anywhere as the software to be used at the University of Adelaide. • Implemented the RPA strategy for the University of Adelaide trial in the desired timeframe. • Mapped 10 processes to identify which ones would be good candidates for RPA. • Provided support to the RPA developers to ensure success. • Selected projects that delivered the results that the University required. • Developed and delivered 2 Robots that met all of the trial criteria for the University. • Provided working instructions and process documents for the ongoing support of RPA in the development and production environments.
