I’m a subject matter expert skilled in integrating Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory (EHSR) principles with all disciplines of business execution, including field operations, executive management, asset development, permitting and compliance, and finance. I have successfully implemented and managed EHSR programs for hundreds of locations in multiple states. I’m proficient in regulatory agency rulemaking, compliance response and negotiation, and have experience providing expert testimony. When resources may be constrained, I’m efficient in performing at all levels (management to specialist) to ensure the EHSR programs, projects, and tasks are tracked, executed, and reported in compliance with all regulations.I’m recognized for servant leadership, staying calm under pressure, and driving program results. I have repeatedly built and motivated strong teams by fostering both personal and technical skill compatibilities.
