Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance service quality and technical capability within the hybrid identity space, ensuring business demands for effectiveness, cost efficiency, stability, and availability are consistently met.Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Microsoft engineering team, collaborating with the Identity & Access Service Owner to manage a pipeline for bug fixes, feature requests, and roadmap alignment.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adoption and leading trials of approved new solutions.Serve as the technical point of contact for hybrid identity services, collaborating with operational teams to manage daily service delivery, operational performance, and security incident response.Drive continuous improvements in master data quality, identity workflows, and provisioning processes for both internal (Maersk) and external identities.Partner with project teams to onboard new applications, defining and integrating identity requirements through SAML, OAuth, or Azure AD App Proxy.Enhance and evolve external identity services supporting B2B and B2C integrations.Define, implement, and uphold standards and data quality measures to optimize interoperability between systems, processes, and internal/external IT functions.Demonstrate technical leadership, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Actively engage in change management processes, ensuring smooth and incident-free transitions.Maintain accurate and compliant reporting and documentation aligned with organizational standards.
