We work with digital pharmacies, insurers and other high trust sectors where evidence integrity is critical.I partner closely with product and technical teams to translate complex digital forensic capability into clear commercial value. I help leaders in highly regulated environments turn applied AI into responsible, commercially viable adoption. For the organisations I work with, getting it wrong carries risk. My role is to prevent that from happening. I also make the complex understandable, and make sure our products are adopted safely and defensibly. I lead commercial strategy and growth for (in my humble opinion) an incredibly exciting Welsh group of innovation companies:Humanly provides advanced AI detection technology to verify the authenticity of images and digital content. With synthetic and manipulated media now indistinguishable to the human eye, evidence integrity is critical across defence, online safety, insurance and protection. In high risk settings, undetected manipulation can carry real world safety problems.Guardian acts as an AI assurance layer over business systems, interrogating inputs and outputs to ensure work is done correctly first time. We prevent mistakes from happening rather than trying to rectify them when they do.AI-XON is an AI innovation studio that helps organisations extract real value from AI through safe experimentation, applied delivery, and compliance aligned deployment. We\'ve moved past \"hype\" and have many practical use cases.My Eco Move delivers AI guided Net Zero installations across the UK, achieving industry leading quality and customer satisfaction. The business demonstrates how applied AI can materially improve outcomes in regulated environments.I typically operate in early stage or scaling businesses where commercial clarity matters. I identify markets and use cases, build strategic partnerships, and develop long term client relationships grounded in trust and delivery.Outside of work my family comes first. I have a young son and a dog that keep me on my toes while my wife keeps us all on the right track. I play rugby, train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, focus on strength and fitness, and fundraise annually for charity. The discipline, resilience, and teamwork developed through sport underpin how I approach leadership and business.
