Key Highlights include:* Performed due diligence of NBIS by Align General, followed by the acquisition of Align General by DUAL North America (a Howden Company), evaluating all processes and documentation.*Centralized licensing division for DUAL NA. Introduced automation and compliance with all Secretary of State (SOS) licensing and annual filings. Reduced/eliminated of fines/fees from Department of Insurance (DOI).* Engaged a team to merge and develop one process for bringing on new agencies and producers that meet compliance for all divisions while ensuring complete compliance with contractual agreements, licenses, and processes.*Built systems and processes from scratch. Delivered $6M in revenue by automating the deductible collections process.*Reviewed state-specific licensing, centralizing system to mitigate risk, expired licenses, audit failure, and fines for non-compliance. Minimized problems by aligning licensing in one software system and resolving outstanding issues within 1.5 years.*Reduced policy processing time from 2 days to 30 minutes, delivering $2.5K–$3K cost-savings, decreasing labor hours, mitigating errors via automation, and implementing virtual policy for vertical products.
