DUAL North America is a leading Specialty Program Manager in Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines. At DUAL, our clients are the most important part of our business. With offices in 14 locations across the US, we have an expert underwriter wherever you are.· Conducts thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.· Develops and maintains documentation such as process maps, use cases, and user stories to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and project scope.· Collaborates with IT teams to define system requirements, design functional specifications, and perform user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.· Administers Policy Management System including carrier configurations, user roles and security; claims data; producer management.· Provides ongoing support to end users, including trainings, trouble-shootings, and issue resolutions to ensure smooth operation of implemented solutions and continuous improvement of business processes.· Participates in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.· Performs data analysis to support business intelligence activities.· Bordereau and scorecard compilation, auditing and reporting.· Design and maintenance of reporting and business intelligence tools.· Creates and distributes reporting for Executive Management team.· Ad hoc business operational and systems projects, as necessary.
