Successfully launched a new disease modifying treatment for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in both pediatrics and adults. Responsible for both reimbursement and sales, in a hybrid role, managing and developing relationships with Neuromuscular specialty clinics. Partnering with health care providers on patient status updates and resolving patient-specific access and reimbursement challenges; working closely with my case management team, partnership and access liaison, and specialty pharmacy partners. Collaborating with local/regional advocacy groups, engaging with the patient community and expanding awareness. Collectively, ensuring a well-coordinated and seamless health care provider, patient, and caregiver experience. Pinnacle Award winner for 2022, awarded to the top 10%.
